Glot Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

Glot prohibits the promotion of our services, websites, and domains (including glot.com and glot.world) through unsolicited bulk or commercial electronic messages of any kind.

  1. No unsolicited bulk or commercial email

We do not send unsolicited bulk or commercial email. We run no cold email campaigns and do not purchase, rent, or use third-party mailing lists.

  2. We email only existing relationships

We send email only to people with an existing relationship with us: transactional and service messages to registered users, and ordinary individual business correspondence. Any non-transactional message includes an unsubscribe mechanism, honoured promptly.

  3. Third parties are bound by this policy

We prohibit affiliates, partners, resellers, contractors, and any third party from promoting Glot, or any Glot domain or URL, through unsolicited messages. Any party found doing so will have their relationship with Glot terminated.

  4. Users may not send spam through Glot

Users may not use Glot, or links generated by Glot (including invitation and referral links), to send or facilitate unsolicited bulk messages. Accounts found doing so are suspended.

  5. Reporting abuse

Suspected abuse involving a Glot domain or link may be reported to abuse@glot.com. We investigate all reports and act on confirmed abuse.

  6. Email authentication

We maintain correct email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) on our sending domains so mail claiming to be from Glot can be verified and forgeries rejected.

Questions about this policy can be sent to abuse@glot.com.
